TLC THE LASER CAFE, its employees and agents are hereby absolved from all liability and indemnified from any claim instituted by any person for damages or loss of whatsoever nature (including consequential damages or special damages of any nature) following directly or indirectly from any injury (including fatal injury) suffered by or damages caused to the Clients or any illness (including terminal illness) contracted by the Client, whatever the cause was with the exclusion of the intentional omission by TLC THE LASER CAFE, its employees or agents.
TLC THE LASER CAFE hereby reiterate that results vary per individual. Results are influenced by eg. Skin type, Area, Health conditions, Hormones.
Ultrasound Cavitation Lipo Laser results are influenced by eg. lifestyle, habits, water intake, health, exercise.

Should the CLIENT require to cancel or postpone an appointment, such appointment must be cancelled or postponed at least 24 hours before the time of the appointment. Any appointment not cancelled or postponed at least 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment will be forfeited and the client will still be charged for the said appointment and no refund for such appointment will be given to them by TLC THE LASER CAFE.
Should the CLIENT arrive late for an appointment they will forfeit the amount of time that they are late with and will only receive treatment for the remainder of the time of that appointment

REFUND POLICY
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to cancel the agreement within the prescribed cooling-off period of 5 (five) working days without incurring penalties or providing reasons for your decision. Refunds will not be considered after the mentioned prescribed period. Please do not pay for treatments in advance if you disagree.

Results are not guaranteed and are dependant on skin type, lifestyle, previous treatments & procedures at other salons/clinics, full disclosure of any medical or other conditions, allergies or previous producers adherence to pre-treatment recommendations, strict adherence to post treatment protocols.
